Preparing for your Session
Here are some powerful tips to help you embark on the most transformative journey of your life. Let us guide you toward discovering your true path, empowering you not only to walk it with confidence but to embody it fully.
What to bring to your session:
-
Questions you want to ask your Higher Self
-
Water
-
Snack to eat after your session
-
And yourself!
Questions you may want to ask your Higher Self
Prepare 10-12 questions total. Print your questions and be prepared to give them to me at your session. Organize the questions under the following topics:
-
spirituality/life/paranormal
-
health
-
relationships
-
work/career
Take a little time to think about the questions you want to dive into with your Higher Self. Go for open-ended ones that kick off with "what," "how," or "why" instead of quick yes-or-no stuff. Keep the focus on you, not anyone else. These are just to get things rolling—along the way, we might uncover even more questions to dig into together.
Set the intention for a fantastic session!
Start your session with a clear, positive intention to set the stage for an incredible experience. —this way, you'll get all the info you need and the right kind of healing. The moment your session is booked, your Higher Self is already gearing up to prep you mentally and spiritually. Lean into the process, trust it, and just go with the flow. When you relax and let go of any worries, you create the perfect space for clarity and insights to come through. Trust that everything's happening exactly how it’s meant to, and the guidance and healing you get will be spot on for what’s best for you.
Relax before your session
A few days before your session, take some time to relax and ease your mind through meditation or visualization exercises. You can find plenty of helpful guided videos on YouTube to get started. One of the simplest ways to meditate is by focusing on your breath. If your mind begins to wander or a thought arises, simply acknowledge it without judgment and gently redirect your attention back to your breathing. This practice is best done while seated in a chair, as lying down may cause you to drift off to sleep!
Get plenty of sleep the night before
Make sure to get 7-8 hours of sleep the night before your session to wake up feeling energized and ready.
Reduce your caffeine intake (coffee/tea/energy drinks/etc)
It's best to limit your caffeine intake before your session. The goal is to feel calm and focused, not jittery or on edge.
No alcohol/recreational drug use
Skip the alcohol and recreational stuff the night before and on the day of your session. You’ll want your mind clear and ready to go, without anything messing with it. If you’re on medication from your doctor, keep taking it as usual—no changes there!
Wear something comfortable
You’ll wanna toss on something comfy and loose. The session usually runs about 5 to 6 hours, so make sure you’re feeling good.
